Despite conflicting stories,  Americans first became aware of  The
Space Giants in 1972 when weekly newspaper The Monster
Times ran this 2 page article introducing Goldarr & family to the US for
1st time, although 1977 is when series began to air in 5  US markets
including Chicago,  Atlanta & Philadelphia among others.
